Talk Radio is a little seen film from Oliver Stone that deserves more. It feature Eric Bogosian in one of his best rolls. He is a shock jock DJ. The film focuses almost entirley on him in his booth on the air or dealing with his fellow employees.
What should be boring and static is incredibly engaging and dramatic. The acting, music, editing, and significantly the cinematography keeps everything moving. focus pulls, reflections, color, lighting, all are on point.
the story is fairly generic, an elevated one man show. I love this for the making of rather than the film as a film.
